Last Friday (23rd Jan) I went into London to see Dean Leffingwell present on SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework for the enterprise) at an event sponsored by Rally. Dean is a very entertaining speaker, combining well thought out approaches and recommendations with an authoritative “use this – it works” manner. It’s a very compelling combination and most if not all of the audience seemed to agree with him that the best practice and advice within the SAFe framework is worth taking a look at.
